"My pump arrived damaged from FedEx. Sent and email they quickly responded and said a new pump would go out. Josh from customer service was great! He went above and beyond to make sure I had my pump asap.the only thing they could improve on is better packaging of these pumps. FedEx doesn't take good enough care of them, so more packing is needed. But over all very pleased with my experience."
