"I ordered an Insinkerator Hot Faucet on Jan.31 and it arrived Feb. 22, late for an 'in stock' item. I think the website is not updated for whether items are really in hand or 'on a truck',. In any case, the item came as directed, answered my inquiries on when it was coming, and the item was a lower cost than other places that were out of stock. It came just in time. I would buy here again, but perhaps call if your need is time sensitive. The company is better at answering email than the phone."
