NYDIRECT has been committed to exceptional customer service for over 67 years. We understand that you may need to return an item for a variety of reason and have detailed our return polices below:

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • If purchased within the last 30 days (unless you are a PRO Member, you have 60 days from the date of purchase)
  • If the item is unused and resalable condition
  • If the item is in the original packaging  

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Special order items

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 3 business days of the delivered date.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

Who is responsible for the return freight?

The customer is responsible for the return freight (unless you are a PRO member). Any return freight costs from a pre-paid return label will be deducted from your credit. 

Are there any restocking fees? 

All merchandise not returned in its originally packaging may be subject to minimum 10% restock fee unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.  

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email within 72 hours. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
